Applied Behavior Analysis

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the scientific approach for discovering environmental variables that reliably influence socially significant behavior.

Learning about and implementing behavioral concepts allows for parents and educators to arrange their child or student’s environment to promote behavioral health.

This results in further development in social, emotional, and behavioral health for children all while reducing challenging behaviors.

Evidence-Based Support

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the leading research-based science to promote socially significant behavior change. Children both with and without a diagnosis can benefit from ABA to develop social, emotional, and behavioral health.

You spend the most amount of time with the child you have in mind compared to anyone else; therefore, we believe you are the one who should have the tools to address challenging behaviors. At Glenfore Behavioral Support we approach support in a non-intrusive manner and provide you directly with the skills and professional guidance needed to address challenging behavior. You have the flexibility to participate when you want and as much as you want on your own schedule.

At Glenfore, we believe you know your child or the child you have in mind best. We feel our role is to provide you with the tools to address problem behavior in a manner that works for your relationship.

When working with a team we often can supplement your child’s support by providing you with knowledge and training so that you can implement the interventions you’ve developed with your team with consistency and fidelity due to your in depth-understanding from Glenfore Behavioral Support.

Our simple answer to this is until you see consistent behavior change over time. It may take 4 months, 8 months, or a year for consistent behavior change to occur; it truly varies for each child. However, we encourage our members to end their membership once they see the consistent behavior change they were seeking. We are contract free, meaning you can end your membership the moment you see consistent behavior change.

Of course! Similar to medicine when treating ailments, you only take the medicine when you have an illness and if the illness goes away, you stop. If the illness were to come back at a later date you may take the medicine again. Glenfore Behavioral Support can support you with addressing your child’s challenging behavior if they happen to reoccur.
